➡️Ok angels so today’s hack is the start to our new Challenge!🤸🏼‍♂️

➡️Starting from today and one day into March (before we start yet another new challenge) we have the ‘healthy eating challenge’ 🚨

➡️We had the Wellness Challenge & before getting into any fitness challenges or exercise challenges; I will be focusing on mental health and food as I think people need to tackle these more so.. 🧠

➡️So Day 1 being today is ‘cook with your kids’, if you don’t have any children, cook with your friends or cook with your partner 💖

➡️Even if it is a healthy snack, or meal, make sure you both/all contribute, something you like, something that is balanced, and something nutritious 👩‍🍳

➡️By all deciding on what to cook, you will learn what others like, you will learn what you like/enjoy to cook, what your body is craving and what is actually in food! 🥘

➡️By cooking or baking from scratch you learn what is in your food, what vitamins and nutrients your body actually gains 🤔

➡️By cooking with your children or friends, you gain fun and excitement out of making dishes!😋

➡️Basically I wanted to share this one because its so true for me right now, and I do see YOU.. as in I see my support, I see my true friends, I see my true family, I see my year ahead I see what I have❤️

➡️So January is a weird month, all festivities are over, it’s dull, cold, dark early, everyone is moaning, due to diet, fitness or dry January. This January I’ve struggled with my OCD and I’m not afraid to share it’s been hard these past few weeks and I’m looking for a resolution still💙

➡️So for that reason this quote ‘I see you’ really resonated with me, I felt like not only was the quote or somebody saying they see me and support me; but it was also like I was saying this, to those around me, that support me! Such as my boyfriend @joeydes my mum, and my best friend @lulu_grainger who have been there for me so much this past month and ‘I see you’ guys, the support you give me and I thank you so much and I’m lucky to have you 🙏🏻

➡️I’m here to tell you that you have nearly done it and January is nearly done, these low times, blue times, whatever you want to call them do not last; you overcome this and grow.. I see you working hard, pushing through and know that you got this 💪🏻

➡️The last two weeks my OCD has been really bad I’ve been wondering what has triggered it, maybe my diagnosis, maybe the new year, and January I’m unsure but all I know is that I’m not alone, as you are not, and we will get through it..

➡️So whatever you maybe going through right now, talk, share, and just know your not alone and there is always light at the end of the tunnel 💡

1. Stop comparing. It is your journey only☺️

2. Slip ups, everyone does them and we learn from them🤪

3. It’s a road trip journey there will be stops, there will be bumps, and long roads but you will get there🚗

4. Be patient🙏🏻

5. Start small with change and goals✅

6. Work with others, a coach, a PT, a group, your family, network🗣

7. Prep when it’s comes to food, training and mindset prep your life.. be prepared 🥘

8. Keep things simple. Don’t over think or over analyse👀

9. Keep a daily log, get a book, log it, your training your food, your mindset✍🏻

➡️Throwing it back to SHOW DAY with ma mama.. 👩🏼

➡️so we are over half way through January it’s nearly done ✅

➡️I have enjoyed January, though I have spent a lot of it reminiscing about Greece, holidays, weekends away, show days, my heart, Christmas, New Year & basically all of 2018 💭♥️

➡️I’m half way through the school term already and the countdown to my birthday is on, so as Christmas & New Year pass and the new year begins, I try to focus on things I have to look forward to, and my birthday is always one of them! 🎉 🥳

➡️So my mum will be on Thailand living it up when it’s my birthday; so we plan to celebrate this Sunday with all the food & couple of glasses of bubbly🥂🥘 #9lbupfromshowday

➡️On this Saturday I just want to thank my family, close friends and boyf for all the amazing times & memories made in 2018, and thank you for being my rocks last year, helping me through the lows, keeping me high, being my shoulder to cry on, my bears to hug 🤗🐻

➡️As I look at this picture I get all emotional, I get so proud of myself for all achievements last year with my dodgey heart and hope I made my mama and papa proud👱🏻‍♀️

➡️My OCD is pretty bad atm I’m unsure why but I’m going to make sure I conquer it just like everything else and make mama proud ✅💪🏼➡️Here is to all the adventures that happen this year, the weekends away, the holidays, the lazy days, my best friends wedding & so much more..📷🤳🏻

Afternoon angels, today is January 24th which is actually National Compliment Day..

which means it’s time to pull out those compliments all day long!

So today, (Thursday) you need to find the food and beautiful in everyone you pass.

Whether your at work, or shopping, whether your super busy or not at all.

Compliment someone -make their day!

I am at work all day Thursday I plan to compliment people within my work place on the small things as well as the big things, make someone feel valued and cared for, I plan to work with my clients all afternoon and evening and complimenting them like mad, as it brings the best out in them.
