✨💥Busy bee health hack🔟 🐝- today’s hack is about CHOICE with ACTIVITIES I’m going to help you busy bees choose your activities wisely when your NOT at work and NOT being that busy bee. I get it most of you don’t want to then spend the free time you do have at the gym, this can feel like your still working hard and still being busy and I get that – so lets decide on some activities that help keep you fit and healthy while keeping your free time fun!

Things to think about ⤵️

➡️do you have weekends free?

➡️do you have a few spare hours in the morning before work, in the evening after work?

So now let’s talk about the activity choices you could possible choose to do in this time ⤵️

➡️ do you have a 24 hour gym you could pop to?
➡️do you have local parks near you to walks around?
➡️do you have land to climb little hills on close by?

➡️do you have quiet back roads you could take an evening stroll on?

➡️do you have a local marsh you can pop down to and walk in the fresh air?

➡️shopping – this is all walking, climbing stairs, carrying bags.. we can all shop can’t we? It’s great cardio.
➡️races – get friends together and enter a race.. just a charity run, this means training and the race itself this can be event which is social and keeping you fit.

➡️bike ride – couples or family bike rides to a destination and home again too?

➡️walk to a friends house or to the pub,don’t take the car.

➡️visit a museum spend the day walking round it on your feet.

➡️old houses etc such as #beltonhouse walk round and take in the history.

➡️theme park – always on your feet, always standing and walking and waiting.

➡️bounce trampoline park – obviously always bouncing, keeping that heart rate up in a fun and exciting way.

➡️even just visiting a city means you walk all day to see the sites, certain holidays like city breaks you find you walk more than you do relax for a holiday. ➡️an of course dog walks

❣ So ready for this half term, after Tuesday and being at the hospital I’m in need of a rest. I will probably do a #YouTube video 📷 on my ‘cheeky chest’ and a update for you but if you haven’t seen my first video please check it out at – Jay’s Days but basically I have some kind of muscular skeletal condition ?! which they thought maybe my lungs, and narrow chest/bones, however on Tuesday I was told my lungs are amazing, I am very fit and my chest is small 🍳😂 but a healthy shape. I have now been put in for some more tests. 💔 I was told my heart was ok months ago, it was given the all clear, but apparently now not, they have only tested my walls, not inside my heart and now they are testing for a ‘hole in the heart’ 💓 which yes this scares me, it also makes me question other tests… But whatever this condition stops me doing certain things I love and I can’t wait for it to be sorted and resolved because after years and years of testing now I’m pretty tired of it.. 😢Whatever I’m a strong sassy women and I will strive on, and do what I love as everyone should.. 💃🏼but if anyone has info on holes in the heart, or experience with this, I would love to chat. 🐝🤙🏻🚶🏼‍♀️ – Hey busy bee’s todays number 7️⃣ post is on STRESS. Stress can cause mental and physical problems if you are stressed it can lead to weight gain, emotional eating missing the gym etc which results in healthy lifestyle changes not happening 😞 basically we need to be as STRESS FREE as possible! 🤸🏼‍♀️

Why is stress bad for your health/fitness ?⬇️

➡️Promotes disease; early onset of certain diseases so causing illness.

➡️Affects emotions, you can become sad, angry even depressed this can then lead onto affecting relationships and friendships.

➡️Damages and put strain on your heart.

➡️Can actually damage your teeth and gums.

➡️Can cause weight gain.

➡️Make you look older, more tired and frail.

➡️It can weaken your immune system, meaning you can catch more illnesses.

➡️Increased blood pressure leading to other issues

➡️Can cause disabilities such as #Fibromyalgia ☑️

What can we do to be less stressed?

➡️Exercise – of course exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress.

➡️Consider supplements – that will help you as an individual. Everyone will need different supplements – take note of this.

➡️Light a candle – flames and certain scents can be very relaxing.

➡️Reduce your caffeine intake.

➡️Write it down – get a journal to help collect your thoughts and feeling.

➡️Chew this helps reduce anxiousness.
