➡️So when I train my clients legs we work on foot placement and variation with this, when you move your feet just slightly you can target different areas of your legs🦵🏾

➡️You can be on a machine (for example leg press) or on the floor and just change your feet slightly and target a particular muscle group swipe to see the next picture to help see the examples on the machine but I will describe below also❗️

➡️Basic – the position we go to for a normal squat; legs hip width apart, feet facing forward. 🎯:quads & glutes.

➡️Wide stance – the position above but legs taken further apart so maybe just over hip-width apart. 🎯:inner thigh muscles and glutes.

➡️Narrow stance – the same position as above but we take the legs closer together. 🎯:outer thigh muscles, quads, and glutes.

➡️High stance – (when on leg machine) – you can take your legs into a high position higher up the leg press base 🎯: quads and glutes.

➡️Low stance – (when on leg press) the position we go to for a normal squat; legs hip width apart, but taking legs lower down the base of leg press machine.. 🎯:quads and glutes.

➡️Sumo stance – turning your feet to the position of 10 to 2 on the clock, so turn feet slightly out in any of these positions above to create a deeper squat, and add pressure to the glutes ✅

➡️So it’s Sunday evening, every Sunday I pray on my own, in my room, sometimes I attend church on Sunday mornings but most of the time I want to be alone for my prayers🤗

➡️Tonight I’m not only praying but I’m thinking about al the prayers I’ve done before, all my good thoughts, wishes and dreams and how I’ve had the support with them..

➡️This Sunday is a little different however as I don’t have work in the morning, I have two weeks off work right now for the #EasterHolidays one week and a day to go woo, and I aim taking time to meditate and medicate myself more so, I am focusing on myself for two weeks, enjoying my time off doing whatever and relaxing, helping my mind before we jump back in and activate it all again and smash it all over again, I am seeing friends, family and helping others when I can, I’m training, and working with clients, working on my OCD, and I am watching SO much #Netflix with my snacks of course..😍🍩

➡️What do I really want to happen? Right now I want to be in tune with my mind & body and take care of myself from the inside out, I want to enjoy peace and time out, I want to sleep a lot, eat a lot, I want to see family, see there smiles, hear their laughs, I want to be thankful for what I have and think of counting my blessings and prayers.🙏🏻

➡️At the end of the day you are so important and you need to put yourself first💖

➡️I can’t believe it’s April already time has just flown, 2019 is going so so fast but it’s been a blast already🙏🏻
