Busy Bee Health Hack 30

🐝💕Hey Busy Bee’s Health Hack 3️⃣0️⃣is more of a ‘it’s ok – don’t panic post’ rather than a hack. To help you understand that have time off is OK👌🏻

➡️Are you worried your time off from training will affect your gains? affect your weight loss? … stop don’t panic read⤵️

➡️Here are my tips and advice to panic less about having time off from training⤵️

➡️You will not lose all of your ‘gains’ muscle will not just fall off you in a matter of days💪🏻

➡️All your strength will not just disappear-you will not become weak over night.

➡️You won’t have to start from the very beginning when you return. NO you may have to taper down slightly to help against getting an injury but once the muscles are aware you are training again you will be back again quickly we have muscle memory to thank🙏🏻

➡️Time off from training can actually be very beneficial – your muscles & body can rest, grow & any niggles or pain can actually recover & you can get back to training even better & harder.

➡️When you rest/take time off you can feel stronger physically and mentally – If it doesn’t work for you physically and you do feel weaker after returning – just think of the mental benefits think of how your mind can take a break from planning, preparing and sometimes worrying/stressing about training 🧠 ➡️It is important to know the difference between needing rest and being lazy. If you are feeling stressed, sleepy, and your nutrition is not on great form, your emotional and you may just need recuperation and you probably need rest so take it 💤

➡️Just a note if you are working both on aerobics & weight/resistance training & you take time off from working out, you will see your endurance decrease quickest but you hold on to your strength gains longer. (I will explain the science another time.

➡️You will not lose all that you have worked for in a few days or couple of weeks.

➡️Keep mindful of what you are doing how you are training & when you are resting. As you can see rest is necessary and so is training so a combination of the two is important for growth and repair👏🏻

➡️So I feel this quote is appropriate at any time and everyday you should be working on being the best version of you and being someone you would want to be around, be with, be friends with or love 💕

➡️But this week I feel it’s more appropriate so: as I have had to be a great close friend, sister, coach and relative. I’ve tried to be the best person to help those around me to give good advice, good cuddles and to love hard🤷🏼‍♀️

➡️Yet again I feel like it’s been hard and I don’t always know if I’m saying the right things but I know I love hard and try hard and give a 100% so I know this is SO right and I’m being true to myself and others and being a person I would want to be around😊

➡️So please from this card take on that you should be the best version of you, and that you can be and be the type of person you would want to be in love with and friends with or around.

➡️Basically your vibe attracts your tribe.

➡️The way you are – attracts people you are like and who you like.

➡️let’s talk alcohol.. 🍷🥂

➡️This post is not about alcoholism it’s more about the affects on the body from #binge drinking just so you are aware.

➡️It’s not really a hack either or tips it’s more to help you angels become aware..🙏🏻

➡️A lot of us consume alcohol, and that is all well and good in moderation, but I want to make sure you aware of the effects of drinking too much and how a little bit and a lot will affect your whole body and mind.

➡️Drinking too much – on a single occasion or over time – can take a serious toll on your health😞⤵️

➡️Alcohol can affect your body, of course drinking every day is awful and you are then looking at alcoholism but binge drinking can also have massive, dangerous #effects on you.⤵️🤔

➡️It can affect your brain alcohol interferes with the brain’s communication. It can affect the way the brain looks and works, they can change mood and behavior, and make it harder to think clearly and move with coordination.

➡️Drinking a lot over a long time or too much on a single occasion can damage the heart.

➡️Heavy drinking takes a massive toll on the liver, and can lead to a variety of problems and liver inflammations including: fatty liver, alcohol hepatitis and many more.

➡️Another is the pancreas, #alcohol causes the pancreas to produce toxic substances that can eventually lead to, a dangerous inflammation and swelling of the blood vessels in the pancreas that prevents proper digestion.

➡️Also the Immune System: drinking too much can weaken your immune system, making your body a much easier target for illness.

➡️Drinking a lot on a single occasion slows your body’s ability to ward off infections – even up to 24 hours after getting drunk.

➡️Just a few tips on how the body is affected I will do another post soon on hacks to help binge drinking and alcoholism.
