➡️As well as Instagram you have the great world of @youtube where you can learn so much! So who do you subscribe to? People that make an greater impact on your life for the better or not? I have YouTube where I place my hacks and training tips on there, so check it out and subscribe to Jaydyne Overton but use the platform to gain knowledge, it is power don’t use it to waste time away!🤨

➡️You can use so many social platforms for learning but I believe at this moment in time it’s #Instagram and #YouTube that are making the most impact at the moment, so use it, use it wisely. Ask yourself, who do you follow? What do I want to learn and act upon it..💜

Stressing?

This post is on STRESS.

Stress can cause mental and physical problems if you are stressed it can lead to weight gain, emotional eating missing the gym etc which results in healthy lifestyle changes not happening 😞 basically we need to be as STRESS FREE as possible! 🤸🏼‍♀️

Why is stress bad for your health/fitness ?⬇️ ➡️Promotes disease; early onset of certain diseases so causing illness.

➡️Affects emotions, you can become sad, angry even depressed this can then lead onto affecting relationships and friendships.

➡️Damages and put strain on your heart.

➡️Can actually damage your teeth and gums.

➡️Can cause weight gain.

➡️Make you look older, more tired and frail.

➡️It can weaken your immune system, meaning you can catch more illnesses.

➡️Increased blood pressure leading to other issues

➡️Can cause disabilities such as #Fibromyalgia ☑️

What can we do to be less stressed?

➡️Exercise – of course exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress.

➡️Consider supplements – that will help you as an individual. Everyone will need different supplements – take note of this.

➡️Light a candle – flames and certain scents can be very relaxing.

➡️Reduce your caffeine intake.

➡️Write it down – get a journal to help collect your thoughts and feeling.

➡️Chew this helps reduce anxiousness.

➡️Spend time with friends & family, loved ones can help ease the stress

➡️Laugh more it really is the best medicine.

➡️ Learn to avoid procrastination – do things rather than over thing – and definitely don’t use social media to help you ‘feel better’ it usually hinders. ➡️Talk – be open about worries and your stresses to those close to you

➡️Learn to say NO to things be selfish to help yourself.

➡️Take yoga

➡️Try mindfulness

➡️Meditation

➡️Cuddles – releases endorphins

➡️Music

➡️Be alone in your own space, collect your own thoughts.

➡️Read

➡️Sunbathe – lay down & catch vitamin D. ➡️Breathe – breathing exercises & relaxing strategies

Are we all subscribed to Jay’s Days?

Have you seen the latest YouTube video on Millie’s treats and trying their cookies!? Have you seen some of my videos where I eat a lot of doughnuts?!

Well this week I tried these babies it was not filmed but I took some pictures which are inserted below.

I have a major sweet tooth and at the moment I have been trying all the sweet stuff, all types of doughnuts, cookies and now these, these are called BRO Nuts, brownies in the shape of doughnuts!

I had to share their information with you, on these angels as you need to get your hands on them!

So the baker is online, on Instagram. The page is called – 42nd east bake house, you can search and message them on there. A screen shot of their page is below..

They do brownies and cookies, they make them into certain items like slabs or bronuts, brownie/doughnuts and you can get them all sent to your door! You can choose your toppings and you can send the money over by PayPal it’s so simple and they are delivered within 3 days!

I have ordered many recently and tried many different flavours and I’m impressed with them all!!

There response on Instagram is great, and their communication is fabulous. Just go check some of the pictures out I am sure you will be interested after seeing their Instagram but definitely worth a try for that special occasion!

Today is

International Women’s day

Today the 8th of March is International women’s day.

An awareness day for us all to think about what women have done and are doing, the better balance, the women empowerment, how amazing we all are and how we are equal.

So as I don’t know much about this topic, I will keep this post short and sweet but it is my reminder to all you angels that your amazing, girls, ladies, women all of you.

➡️This quote confused me I didn’t really understand it, so I looked online.. 💖

➡️This quote basically means your self care NEEDS to 1.be there you need to look after yourself and it’s your responsibility and 2. it needs to be good.. no just the one odd thing that makes you feel good, you need to care for yourself thoroughly.🤸🏼‍♂️

➡️So lets talk about this basically it means you want to treat yourself to a glass of wine and a hot bubble bath great that’s self care but not true self care, you need to be in tune with your mind and body, and not only treat yourself to these little things but rest when needed, take time out when needed, have wine when needed and lots of bubble baths, some people think they have self care to a T when really, your all over..😞

➡️Just take the time to think ‘are you really caring for yourself and putting yourself first?’🥰

➡️At the end of the day you are so important and you need to put yourself first💖

➡️I can’t believe it’s March, 2019 is going so so fast but it’s been a blast already, knowing what I need and what I want is amazing.. I know what matters most and it is a great feeling, I know what I want from my day, my friends, my family makes life beautiful and amazing, next on the list is to take self care seriously 🙏🏻

Busy Bee Health Hack Day 58..

💖🤗- Busy Bee Health Hack 5️⃣8️⃣💥 ➡️an update a check in.. Ok angels so a few weeks back at the start of February we started a new Challenge!🤸🏼‍♂️

➡️Starting from today and one day into March we started this new challenge I haven’t kept you up to date with how I did but I will now, I would also love to know how you did to!✔️🚨

➡️So I think I will just go briefly over some of the days.. Day 4 was one of my favourites as I never go to a market to get any food or anything really so popping to the market place in my town on market day to get some fruit was super cute. Day 5 I just didn’t do! Haha. Day 18 I got really into, reading all the labels in Asda driving my boyfriend nuts, I was also telling everyone at work to read labels to it really does help. Day 22 and 30 were hard for me to go meatless and skip soda I struggled I love both these things far to much, but it made me aware🙌🏻

➡️So this February challenge is now done, who did it? What were your favourite days? Which ones were hard? February is now done, March has begun.. time for a new challenge?
