💖🤗- Busy Bee Health Hack 5️⃣8️⃣💥 ➡️an update a check in.. Ok angels so a few weeks back at the start of February we started a new Challenge!🤸🏼♂️
➡️Starting from today and one day into March we started this new challenge I haven’t kept you up to date with how I did but I will now, I would also love to know how you did to!✔️🚨
➡️So I think I will just go briefly over some of the days.. Day 4 was one of my favourites as I never go to a market to get any food or anything really so popping to the market place in my town on market day to get some fruit was super cute. Day 5 I just didn’t do! Haha. Day 18 I got really into, reading all the labels in Asda driving my boyfriend nuts, I was also telling everyone at work to read labels to it really does help. Day 22 and 30 were hard for me to go meatless and skip soda I struggled I love both these things far to much, but it made me aware🙌🏻
