➡️But basically I have #OCD and I love reminders I love calendars, counting and routine. It’s normal it’s life and drive for me 😏
➡️I have a reminder app or reminders on my calendar this really does help me, it means you can get more done and be more proactive 🏃🏼♀️
➡️I use them everyday, ticking off and adding things as I go or as they come.. ✅
➡️It helps me stay on top of the jobs I have to do, just daily activities that need to be done or things I know I must do if they are not done that day they just roll onto the next day until I get it done ✅
➡️I set these up to have notifications so I know I always have that to do and can be notified when something else comes up.. 🚨
➡️The apps I use are called alarmed, calendar reminders, sometimes my alarms and of course my notes just on my phone 📱
