🚶🏼♀️🧐 – Busy Bee Hack 5️⃣ TAKE THE STAIRS OVER ESCALATORS/LIFTS – ITS ALL ABOUT CHOICE!! So whether you go to work where there are a set of stairs or whether you are just shopping; always take the STAIRS over the lift or escalators why?
➡️ like every step we do when we walk every step we step up adds up, each calorie adds.
➡️when you take the escalators you step once and stand still and the same with the lift – the machinery does all the work.
➡️with a set of stairs you can have between 10 or 15 steps to climb!
➡️that’s an extra 10 or 15 calories which if you repeat 5 times is up to between 50 and 75 calories add that up over 5 days a week that’s an extra 250 or 375 calories over the week, that’s a lot of extra sweets!
➡️so all of these steps add up, it’s all about choice, the choice you make when you meet the bottom of the staircase or escalators juts know that you could make a choice that can create a big affect in the long run
