👣🚶🏼♀️- WALK/STEPS – it all adds up.
Basically let’s ditch the car, walk to work, walk to the shop, walk to a friends. If you don’t like walking, run or cycle, the steps all add up. I know some people that live round the corner from work they think it’s too far to walk but really it’s nothing and all they need to do is leave a few minutes earlier and they have 1,000 more steps done for the day. Add that over a week then a month.. there we go. I know some people that will take a trip to the shop for probably just one item and take the car, 1) not only can you walk and get your steps in, 2) one or two items will add to what weight your carrying on your way back equalling an extra bit of weight training. I know some people don’t drive and get the bus when you do this get of at a stop which is the one before yours or after yours, then you have a few extra minutes of walking in your bank to get home.
