Just wanted to let you in on a new project I’m working on😁Basically I’m starting up a healthy lifestyle and fitness hacks on my Instagram @jaydynerunfit and my blog.
👏🏻At this moment in time these hacks will be created especially for those group of normal people who are working a 9-5pm job or more and finding it hard to get/stay fit through daily life those that can’t get to the gym consistently and need those tips and tricks to get a kick up the bum.🤷🏼♀️
I will be making these ‘health hacks’ for the ‘busy bee’s’ so you angels will be called the ‘busy bees’ not angels nor the gymchicks so we can create a new busy bee community through these hacks! 🐝
So for the next few weeks I will be creating content for those busy working people.. If you are a normal, every day busy body who has no time to be healthy or workout I have some great hacks coming for you 👌🏼
A lot of people stress and worry that they can’t do this or fit this into their day to day life but I am bringing you some daily tips and tricks that you can incorporate into your life to make a happier, fitter and healthier you🙏🏻
