It’s officially Spring! So happy first day of spring!
Now every season this year I’m going to make a small change, add small goals to my year of 2018, so I can accomplish so much. Want to join me? I always thought the seasons started on the first of a particular month so for example the 1st of march for Spring, but that is not the case the first day of spring this year is…
March 20 – 12:15 PM EDT (16:15 UTC)
So we are so use to starting our resolutions, goals, or aims on the 1st of the month and that is great but why not start on a random day, a random date, a random month or season! So why no start a new goal, ate the start of each season!
Spring is one of the four conventional temperateseasons, following winter and preceding summer. There are various technical definitions of spring, but local usage of the term varies according to local climate, cultures and customs. When it is spring in the Northern Hemisphere, it is autumn in the Southern Hemisphere and vice versa. At the spring, or vernal, equinox, days are approximately 12 hours long with day length increasing as the season progresses. Spring and “springtime” refer to the season, and also to ideas of rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection and regrowth. Subtropical and tropical areas have climates better described in terms of other seasons, e.g. dry or wet, monsoonal or cyclonic. Cultures may have local names for seasons which have little equivalence to the terms originating in Europe. Spring is the time when many plants begin to grow and flower. – taken from – (Wikipedia)
So my small goals for the start of spring –
1. Drink more water!
2. Eat more high volume foods.
3. Visit family more, wherever they are in the country.
4. Aim for 150 Subscribers on my YouTube Channel.
5. Go for more walks and Adventures with my boyfriend and my puppy Ella (enjoy life basically and do lots!)
6. Do a big Spring Clean in the Easter holidays (throw away lots!)
